1500m2 Countryhouse – West Sussex
JP Cost Consultants were engaged to assist a project management and quantity surveying consultancy on a large country estate development in West Sussex. Our role focused on preparing detailed cost plans and providing commercial input throughout the early design stages to support budget development and client reporting. We also assisted with procurement, managing tender enquiries and analysing subcontractor quotations to ensure best value and transparency. Our involvement strengthened the delivery team’s commercial position and contributed to a well-coordinated, financially robust project outcome.
High End Residential Refurbishment & Extension – Richmond, London
JP Cost Consultants were engaged to deliver a comprehensive tender return for one of our valued contractor clients on a prestigious project in Richmond, London. Our role mirrored the full scope of services we provide to contractor clients, carrying out detailed Bluebeam measurements of all scoped items, preparing a complete Bill of Quantities with associated costings, procuring and analysing subcontract quotations through the contractor’s supply chain, and compiling a fully priced Schedule of Works for submission. We also undertook extensive value engineering to ensure a competitive, commercially robust tender aligned with our client’s objectives.
High End Residential Refurbishment & Extension – St Albans
JPCC were engaged to provide early-stage cost planning for a residential development in St Albans during RIBA Stage 2. Working collaboratively with the client and design team, we prepared detailed elemental cost plans and feasibility assessments aligned with the evolving architectural design. Our early input helped establish clear budget parameters, assess design options, and ensure financial viability before progressing into technical design.
