Our Story

JP Cost Consultants was founded by James Phillips, a Quantity Surveyor with a vision to bring clarity, transparency, and precision to the world of construction cost management.

After nearly a decade working with main contractors across London and the South East, James saw first-hand how projects could rise or fall on the quality of their cost advice. He recognised a gap — clients and contractors alike needed a more personal, responsive, and detail-driven approach to cost consultancy.
